Mori can be...Somewhat confusing. He is mostly kind and friendly, but he can merciless with a smile. Its creepy, and its unexpected. On missions, he may befriend the target and kill him in an instant, using quick moves and torture skills. He is very gentle to many things, although...Not gentle with the killing. He likes to kill his targets fast, so that they could die without warning.

In Depth Description:
Mori is a young adult, he reaches 5 feet and 7 inches tall, while he weighs about 125 pounds. He has a very...Lean, body structure is one of the many factors of why he is being fangirled by the villagers of Konoha. Mori's hair is a tad messy, the hair that covers his eyes usually lean to the right, and his hair is black, or a dark brown. He has a very kind and friendly look, although he kills with a smile. Some say it is creepy, but that is just Mori.

History:
As a young child, Mori was very gifted. He had entered the academy at the age of 5, and became genin at age 8, he was the youngest of his class to become an official shinobi. He easily passed the Chuunin Exams at the age of 9, his jounin sensei had asked his team to wait for the next exam. When becoming a Chuunin, Mori was very much admired by many. A chuunin at such a young age, he was expected by the Hokage and others to be one of the best within the village.
Although he was a Chuunin for about 5 years, at the age of 14, Mori was asked on a mission. Investigating for the village, Mori had come back with useful info. Iwa shinobi were hiding out at a post town near the borders of the Fire Country.With this information, the Kumo shinobi could get an advantage with the attack.
At the age of 17, two years later, Mori was a trusted shinobi of Kumo. Although something seemed suspicious about him. He had gracefully went up the shinobi ladder, now he was at the rank of Jounin. As he become such a shinobi, he started to be more of a graceful killer, using physcological and physical torture. Some say he was a interrigator, but he wasn't. It was his way of battling.
During a battle with Iwa, Mori had encounter a interrigist from the enemy army in their base camp. Under cover, he had just barely got the chance to talk to him, but he managed to see what he was like. Iwa's interrigist was brute, and used phsyical torture.
When returning back, Mori had mysteriously disappeared. He disappeared for several weeks, until he came back again. To the villagers who respected him, they thought he had betrayed them. But it was only a secret mission given to him by the Raikage.
During the years, Mori had become one of the Top 3 strongest shinobi in Kumogakure, and was elected as canidate for Raikage at the age of 20. Seeing that he had successfully had reach this rank, Mori then had an idea that would soon develop into the Great War.
A missing shinobi had appeared in Mori's office one day, and had stated that he was also talked to Kirigakure. He suggested that both declare war on the other three villages, and then once after combine Kiri and Kumo into a new village. Intrested, Mori accepted this offer and allowed the rest of the missing shinobi into Kumogakure.

Haji Dengeki no Jutsu
A fairly simple jutsu, the user moves chakra to his hands and converts it to electricity. A thin layer of chakra protects the user, but anyone the user touches gets a shock, and anything the user holds transmits the electricity.

Seidenki Boruto no Jutsu
The user projects some of his chakra, which is given a positive charge, to a location. The user then gives some air in front of his open palm a negative charge, and a large static bolt jumps between the two locations. While the lightning bolt is impossible to dodge, the location that it jumps to can not change, making it very predictable - assuming that the victim knows what’s coming.

Houden no Jutsu
The user focuses his chakra onto an object (typically a metal object, although anything that conducts electricity well works) and builds up an electrical charge within the object. Once the object hits another, a large static bolt leaps from the object whatever it is in contact with. Once the electricity is discharged, the object returns to normal; the energy can only be discharged once.

Jijou Henshin no Jutsu
A dangerous technique, this jutsu builds up a magnetic charge in a metal object with a touch, making it a magnet that draws metal objects to it. While this jutsu can build up a powerful magnetic charge, doing so can be dangerous if the user possesses other metal objects, as they will be attracted to the magnet as well. The magnetic charge only lasts as long as the user holds on to the object.

Harigane Denkou no Jutsu
The user takes two kunai or any other metal objects that can be planted in the ground or wall and gives them opposite electrical charges. Using chakra, an invisible current is run through the objects, which are then planted in the ground. If anyone walks in between the two conduits, then an electrical charge zaps them. Despite the name, this technique does not actually 'trip' the victim.

Denkiwoobiru Batsu
A ninja from the Hidden Cloud Village is able to transfer chakra into his or her limbs in order to create an electrical charge. With enough practice, the ninja becomes able to discharge this energy forcibly with a punch or kick.

Suishin Denji, Lv. 1 - Lv 3
By now the shinobi has been successfully able to create a stable and strong magnetic force field around them. The range at which they may control objects is still too low as it depends highly upon their force field’s range of control.

Shouheki Denji, Lv. 1 - Lv 3
This magnetic force field is used to generally deflect metal objects, but can barely deflect attacks; only the weakest physical attacks will be subdued by this shield. Due to the low strength, chakra control, and concentration generally required to keep the shield up it will not last long, nor be effective in blocking faster, stronger, and many non-metal objects. Should the user move from the location of the barrier it will easily be disrupted and possibly disabled.

Kakuremino no Jutsu
A very basic skill utilizing a sheet to help the user in blending with the background.

Henge no Jutsu
A very common and basic skill, it gives the user the appearance of another person or object. Mastering it is required to graduate from the ninja academy of Leaf Village (And presumably all other academies).

Bunshin no Jutsu
Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a substanceless copy of the ninja. The copy serves can serve as a distraction or as means to confuse their opponent. As soon the the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with the opponent, they will disappear in a puff of smoke.

Nawanuke no Jutsu
Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds or anything else escapable to a academy student.

Kawarimi no Jutsu
Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

Kinobori no Jutsu
By focusing chakra into the feet and keeping it balanced, the user can walk up against vertical objects and cling to its surface.

Shunshin no Jutsu
Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Suimen Hokou no Gyou
A technique that enables the user to walk on the surface of water by concentrating chakra into the feet. It is also used for training; it allows an individual to learn how to control the release of chakra.

Kai
Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Suiryuudan no Jutsu
Suiton • Suiryuudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target.

Mizu Bushin no Jutsu
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Suirou no Jutsu
Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Sujinheki no Jutsu
Suiton • Suijinheki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack.
